"I had contacted sevaral agents on zillow before finally sending a message to Russell Harris. I received two emails from two different agents but none of which ever followed up with me. Russell Harris responded to me within the first 30 minutes. From the first contact wtih Russell, he has always been very quick to respond to me either by email or a phone call. He wasted no time in setting me up on his web portal, which was filled with listings that met our criteria. He is very knowledgeable with the entire process of purchasing a home and with the area in which we were looking to purchase. He has always been very professional and personable. It was as if I was talking to a friend that I had known for sometime. I would recommend Russell Harris to anyone looking to purchase. We were traveling from out of state to look at homes and Russell made sure to meet with us when he said he would and spent as much time as needed to show as many homes as we wanted to see, and I gave him a very long list. He always allowed us to take our time in looking at each home, we never felt rushed. It felt as if he took the extra time to accomodate us (being from out of state), he planned out the day's showing from the list of homes that I provided him and even when we wanted to see something that was not on the list, he took the time to look it up and show the property if it was still available. My husband and I hope to keep in contact with Russell. If we ever seek to purchase another home or list a home for sale, he will be the ONLY agent that we will even consider contacting. "He was so pleasant to work with. Russell was very knowledgable about the process. He helped me stage my home, had photos taken and advertised immediately. I am handicapped so he even changed bulbs for me as well as walked my dog while prospective buyers were touring through my home!! It must have worked since I had an offer within 24 hours!! I would highly recommend him."

"Hands down the best Real estate agent I dealt with ever!.. I bought a brand new build with his knowledge & help & my intention was to buy an older home (few years older) that would need to be updated to our taste etc.. We not only paid a little more on a new build but got a bigger house, better school district, better & newer community & a good deal! & didn't have to invest more money in updating or fixing up a pre-owned home.

I also referred my father in law to Russell who also bought a house while russell was on vacation with his family! He still answered his calls & if he didn't, he called back within minutes! Now who does that when they are on vacation with their families!? That is what you call customer service & committed to his clients period. Thanks Russell!

"Russell is the best realtor we could have asked for. He made the home buying process a breeze. He was easy to reach, and called us back or emailed us immediately if he missed our call. He worked with us in such a way that we felt like his top priority although he has many customers to attend to. We have already recommended Russell to friends and will continue to do so. He knows his stuff and has been a pleasure to work with."

"Russell is definitely five stars! We started our home search from Florida and he helped us every step of the way. He showed us tons of homes and was patient until we found the right one. We we put in an offer in on our favorite and when seller chose a different offer we were crushed. Russell stayed on top of it though and when the deal fell through we were first in line. He always answers emails and calls and is quick to respond. I would highly recommend Russell!"

"The one word I would use to describe Russell would be exceptional. The level of service that we received is beyond any prior expectation we had set. Russell had a remarkable knowledge of the area and overall process. He faithfully stood by us 100% of the time, from finding the right home to fit our needs to closing. We met countless times, from weekday to weekend, he always made himself available. One noteworthy experience we had was when we were getting married in Hawaii, Russell went above and beyond to coordinate closing on our behalf and communicate with our mortgage broker to make sure everything was ready for us when we returned without issue. It was nice to find someone who consistently demonstrates a genuine desire to help, not just until you sign the initial contract. Russell has made not just a lifelong client, but a friend in the process. I happily recommend him any chance I get."

"We just bought a house in Surprise. Russell Harris was our buyer's and the seller's agent. At that time we did not live in AZ and were completely new to AZ, but Russell was very respectful, attentive, responsive and fair, we could not have done better. We were not even present for the closing but he guided us throughout the process, making it a very smooth transaction, including providing names for contractors, utility companies, service people, etc. We were very impressed that when you call him, he picks up on the first ring and if he cannot, he will text back right away! When we eventually visited the property, he was there throughout, even though we took a pretty long time measuring, discussing possibilities, etc. I would recommend him to everyone and if possible, would give him 10 stars!"
